Eleanor Ho – Founder & Non-Executive Director

Eleanor supports practical training programs and education-to-employment program across Asia Pacific Region for Asians working strategically with governments and multi-national companies.

Eleanor was an executive search principal prior to her current role as Partner – Enterprise  & Talent Development. Inspired by the initial idea of giving back, she created a sophisticated and informative platform for providing career advice especially for Asian university graduates in Australia. Since then, she has been running training courses for Asian graduates and young professionals who are often at a disadvantage in the overseas job market. Over the years, she has received positive feedback from many satisfied clients who have been thrilled at the results they achieved.

Eleanor graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Sales and Marketing from Macquarie University. She has worked and lived in Singapore, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Philippines and Australia. Eleanor is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. She travels frequently and extensively within Asia Pacific.

Cindi Wirawan leads our APAC Education Practice – Performance Alignment. She is a certified trainer who has led projects in Singapore and Australia supporting vocational and higher-education institutions to improve students’ skills, their chances of finding jobs, and their day-to-day lives.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, she embarked on her recruitment career with a leading multinational company. Despite being the youngest in her team globally, she rose through the ranks rapidly and in less than two years was heading up the talent acquisition arm for its offices in Asia and Australia. Building on her recruitment experience in Australia and Asia, she leverages on her insider knowledge to help job hunters succeed in a competitive market. As an Image and Etiquette consultant certified by First Impressions UK,  she believes impression management goes hand in hand with one’s career success. She also has a Master in Cross Cultural Communication from the University of Sydney.

She lives in Sydney, Australia and speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesian. Cindi has worked in Singapore, the United States, Australia and on a Japanese cruise ship travelling the world. Her global outlook and cross-cultural awareness have benefitted her clients who come from diverse backgrounds. alan Alan Hong – Trainer

With over 7 years of experience in workplace training, consulting and business development, Alan has been able to draw on his experience to provide strategic career-related advice to his clients and students.

His role as a financial planner has allowed him to successfully coach a wide spectrum of clients from young adults, families to senior management and C-Level executives on pragmatic financial advice to help secure their financial futures.

Alan travels throughout Australia delivering seminars to large corporates and was a key speaker at UNSW educating students on career strategies in entering the financial planning industry.

He is passionate about using this experience to help graduates and students meet their career goals, accelerating their learning curve and giving them every opportunity to be successful in their professional and personal lives.

Alan holds a Diploma in Financial Services, an MBA with the University of Southern Queensland and serves his community as a Justice of the Peace.

Chloe Noel De Kerbrech – Professional Corporate Image & Etiquette Consultant

Chloe specialises in communication consulting and experiential marketing for Australian and global brands such as Google, Adobe, St George Bank, Telstra and Amazon. Being of French and Australian heritage, she is fluent in both languages. Chloe was born in Europe however immigrated to Australia as a child and has worked in the live engagement and marketing industries for over 12 years.

Chloe has an undergraduate degree in theatre and communications and a masters degree in business.

Chloe is currently both Head of Production and Client Services Director at George P Johnson, the worlds #1 experiential agency (as voted by Event Marketer 4 years in a row).

In her early 20’s, Chloe modelled and held contracts with Pamela’s model management and others, additionally she was awarded ‘best in class’ at the completion of her year long deportment training with Pat Woodley.

More recently, Chloe has delivered training in Corporate Relations and presentation techniques and is also an accomplished writer.
